Due to the nature of upholstered furniture, all purchases may be returned within seven days of delivery, for in-store exchange only. While every item is inspected before leaving our warehouse, please contact us immediately should you detect any manufacturer defect or anything that does not meet your satisfaction. Merchandise must be in new condition and a restocking fee up to 30% may apply. Upon inspection, merchandise not returned in acceptable condition may be rejected or subject to additional usage fees. Warranty Claims
The warranty periods for different manufacturers vary. If you feel that your item requires warranty service, please consult that brand for specifics, or you can contact one of our staff members. Please note that while many manufacturers warrant parts for a period of time, the labor to change out those parts is not always covered by the warranty, and there may be labor charges or pickup fees even though the part is covered. For most warranty claims, we do the work in-store, so we make every effort to keep labor charges as reasonable as possible.
